Online quilting classes

Join our friendly, supportive online community of quilters and explore your creative side.  Choose from long courses or tutorials.

  • Courses are of 10 weeks duration and you get tuition and support throughout the full 10 weeks. Online quilting class tuition is via very detailed class instructions with photographs. There are also short videos to support specific learning. Join any time and work at your own pace.
  • Join one of the Playtimes for a monthly guided play – no pressure of any “outcomes” just opportunity to investigate and try out different techniques – Choose stitched textiles techniques or combine with mixed media techniques.
  • Mini Classes are ……… um …………mini!  An introduction to something, or a short project – just what you need if you are looking for a little burst of inspiration!
  •  And don’t forget the Freebies – we all love a freebie.  You might find techniques, booklists, the odd project – keep looking back to see what’s new.

Join the FB group where you can ask questions, share photographs of your work, chat with others and all the other things that happen when a group of stitchers get together!  The group brings together learners from all courses and workshops.

Personal Online Support to get you Flying

10-week Course participants can book up to two zoom sessions with me FOC for untangling those pesky techniques that just don’t seem to make sense or get additional support.  Additional Zoom sessions can always be arranged if needed – check with me for rates and availability.

Really enjoyed the course. We tried various blocks under Sheena’s guidance, she let us choose which we preferred. I used lots of scraps and now understand how to modify traditional blocks to make a modern interpretation. Zoom worked well.
