Zoom Patchwork and Quilting for Beginners and Improvers

10 week course, with sessions over Zoom each week on Thursday mornings from 10am til mid-day.

This is a relaxed, informal class to learn the skills of machine patchwork and quilting and add a little design pizazz along the way! A range of techniques will be covered including rotary cutting, getting the best from your sewing machine, colour choices, machine piecing and quilting and basic construction methods.

During this course you will receive lots of individual attention during the classes and also have access to a private Facebook group for additional support.
In addition to the live classes there will also be  a full tutorial with photographs/diagrams, and videos where appropriate.

All levels of experience are welcome.

The sampler quilt is made of blocks between 8” square and 10” square, with a border to bring them up to 12”.

The blocks can be put together using a 2” QAYG sashing strip.
